  • 為了確保寵物和兒童的安全,我們建議用戶:

  • 定期檢查窗網的安全狀況;如有安全風險,應立即關閉窗戶並聯絡我們。

  • 特別在窗戶附近活動時,監督寵物和兒童。

  • 確保窗網已經妥善上鎖,以防意外逃脫或墜落。

安裝免責聲明

請注意,我們的安裝服務可能會對安裝場所(如地板、牆壁或鋁窗、傢俬擺設等)帶來不可預見的影響或損壞。對於以下情況:

 

安裝過程中的損壞: 我們的員工、合作夥伴或代理人在安裝過程中可能導致的任何直接或間接損害,包括任何相應產生的損壞,將不承擔責任。

 

顧客責任: 顧客有責任在安裝前理解並接受可能的風險和監督安裝過程。遇到疑慮或特殊情況,應立即通知安裝人員。

 

損壞報告: 若安裝過程中發生顯著損壞,我們將盡力尋求合理的解決辦法。顧客須於安裝完成後的三(3)天內向我們報告任何損壞。超出此時間範圍的損壞報告將不在免責條款的保護範圍內。

 

安裝標準: 我們承諾遵循業界標準和最佳實踐進行安裝,以減少對財產的影響。

法律遵從性: 本免責聲明遵循香港特別行政區的法律法規。

保養條款

 

安裝保養期限:Petnar公司將為安裝提供一年的保養服務,計算自安裝完成日起。

 

保養內容:保養服務包括檢查和調整,以確保產品的正常運作。

 

保養決定權和解釋權:Petnar公司保留對保養事宜的最終決定權和解釋權,以確保其安全性和正確性。

款項條款及細則

  1. 度尺按金及行政費用:

    • 退還度尺按金需收取港幣$30的行政費用。若客戶未能履約,相關按金及款項將不予退還。

  2. 產品生產後的訂金及款項:

    • 一旦產品開始生產,相關訂金及款項將不予退還。

  3. 安裝完成後的尾款支付條件:

    • 安裝完成後的尾款需在3天內支付。若逾期未付,本公司有權收取逾期付款利息或適用的罰款。

  4. 更改或取消服務的額外費用:

    • 客戶若更改或取消服務,可能需支付額外費用。這些額外費用可能不會顯示在已發出的單據上,但客戶必須履行責任支付這些衍生的費用。若客戶拖欠費用,本公司有權終止其帳戶所提供的一切服務,直至尚未清還的餘額完全清付為止。

Petnar Limited is not responsible for any losses, accidents, or other incidents that may occur while using our products or services. Despite the design intent to provide safety and protection, it is impossible to fully control the behavior of pets or children and external circumstances. The risk associated with using our products and services is solely the responsibility of the user. Petnar Limited will not be responsible for any claims of direct or indirect, special, or consequential loss of profits, costs, or expenses arising from the use of our products or services under any statement, condition, or term.

Safety Guidelines:

To ensure the safety of pets and children, we advise users to:

  • Regularly check the safety of the window nets; if any safety risks are identified, immediately close the window and contact us.

  • Supervise pets and children, especially when they are near windows.

  • Ensure that window nets are properly locked to prevent accidental escapes or falls.

Installation Disclaimer:

Please be aware that our installation services may result in unforeseen impacts or damages to the installation site (e.g., floors, walls, aluminum windows, furniture arrangements). Regarding the following situations:

  • Damage During Installation: We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by our staff, partners, or agents during the installation process, including any consequent damages.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting potential risks and for supervising the installation process. Any concerns or special circumstances should be immediately communicated to the installation personnel.

  • Damage Reporting: If significant damage occurs during the installation, we will seek a reasonable solution. Customers must report any damages within three (3) days after the completion of the installation. Damage reports filed after this timeframe will not be covered by this disclaimer.

  • Installation Standards: We commit to following industry standards and best practices to minimize the impact on property.

  • Legal Compliance: This disclaimer adheres to the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  • Amendments to the Statement: We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time, and we recommend that customers regularly review updates.

  • Product Quality and Installation Guarantee: Petnar Limited is committed to providing high-quality products and installation services. If you have any questions or concerns about our products or services, please contact us for assistance.

Maintenance Terms:

  • Warranty Period for Installation: Petnar offers a one-year warranty for the installation, starting from the date of completion.

  • Warranty Service: The warranty service includes inspections and adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of the product.

  • Authority and Interpretation of Warranty: Petnar retains the final decision-making authority and interpretation rights over warranty matters to ensure safety and correctness.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  • Measurement Deposit and Administrative Fee:

    • A $30 administrative fee is charged for the return of measurement deposits. If a customer fails to meet their obligations, the related deposit and payments are non-refundable.

  • Deposits and Payments After Product Production:

    • Once the production of a product has started, any deposits and related payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment Conditions for Final Installment After Installation:

    • The final installment must be paid within three days after installation. If payment is overdue, the company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments or apply penalties.

  • Additional Costs for Service Changes or Cancellations:

    • Customers may incur additional costs for changes or cancellations of services. These additional costs may not appear on the issued invoices, but customers are responsible for paying these incurred costs. If a customer defaults on payments, the company has the right to terminate all services provided to that account until the outstanding balance is fully paid.
